Return Policy

We will happily accept unworn garments with tags attached for a refund within 15 days of delivery. After 15 days of delivery, you will be issued a store credit. Please email support@shopbromine.com to process your return. We will send you a prepaid shipping label and deduct $10 per item from your refund to cover the cost of return shipping.

Love a Bromine product but need a different size? We love exchanges and happily accept them, also within 15 days of delivery. Please email support@shopbromine.com to process an exchange. We will send you a prepaid shipping label and waive the return shipping fee for any exchanges.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
